Our Mayor did not receive the exp last week like many others. However when she got a response to her ticket today the CSR told her according to the datalogs she received her exp and oh well.

Ummmmmm, where does one go from here? Obviously she did not receive it.

I am at a loss. Are the datalogs showing exp to all mayors who have not received exp and some are just getting CSR's who have a clue or is this yet a new flavor of the bug and now we have no defence.

I don't know, maybe its just a lazy CSR who does not read the boards and see this problem is rather large.

/sigh getting a migraine from beating my head against this brick wall.

I'd send another ticket requesting that a supervisor review the records and compare it to her actual account, worded VERY NICELY.

Re-submit until a PROPER CSR deals with you. Unfortunately you got a lazy CSR. I argues with one all day when I had a house poof. He told me that I re-deeded it and it was in my inventory. When I had been on a different planet the entire day and he could have easily proven that I am sure.

Re-submit. You'll get a proper CSR if you keep trying. At least I hope so for your sake.
