Iseem to recall this someplace but cannot find the answer. Does the city get any kick-back from completed missions by other players?

Also what’s the best way to determine the amount of income the city gets when you use the percentage tax? We have been using the straight tax and recently switched to the percentage. At the end of the week does it email me with this income?
