But this is just a combine (personal thinking)
Also couple of other issues
1. possible harvestors griefter.. we are imperial town.. our city has grown (the rebels knows this) and place harvestors at our border.. last week.. we upgraded and now they are in our borders.. they will not move it.. top that off I believe it is good for a long time.
2. City border is moving... I don't think we get our full 300m radius as township... does the Z axis effects this? (i.e. elevation)
3. Seperate power between milita and city planner.. as stated by many posters before me.. militia do not need (or should have) /grantzoningrights. The mayor should be able to give that ability to people as needed (i.e. make them city planners or militia) a person can be in both...
4. Color hue on overhead map... this would help to see where the city border is.. I think it should be possible (since it checks when you place if you are in town or not) this would make life WAY easier when placing housing wihtout having to see if we get that email or not... (also a good way to tell where the borders are)
5. Pre-Zoning... I think this is a good idea. A mayor (or city planner) can place blocks for expansion (i.e. foot print of foundation) these footprints can be made via structure modules and takes up no lot (but have some city maint until use) This will allow other players to know where to place things... if there is no foundation.. player can't place the house on it.. (this will also help with "hills and such") if you can't place a foundation.. you can't place a house
) Also you can use any footprint to place this (thus you can also "specified" only small naboo or generic etc.. (small naboo and med naboo takes up same footprint.. so either works)
7. Detail tax income report... I think many mayors would love to know where the money is coming from.. i.e. X merchant or something.
8. City hall cannot be destroy by the mayor alone. It should require the vote of the citizens (destroying a city at level 4 would be pretty bad.. starting back to level 1 again) I believe 75% vote by the population then it will happen. (within the week after initiate destruction. If not enough vote are gathered, then the city stays)
9. possible remove building that are not own bycitizens in the city.. once a building is in the city.. the populus can vote it to be remove from the city (there was a really nice post on the idea behind this.. i.e. autoredeed and place into lost and found in the townhall)
10. please.. allow the citizen list sort by alpha or age of citizen (as in how long this person has been a citizen) currently I have no clue what is the "sorting" method.. (city terminal)
11. Spynet Op -- spawns when BH term placed or as a trainer.
12. Militia with zoning rights cannot themselves place structures without being granted zoning rights either by the mayor or another militia.
13. Ability to see who owns a structure.
