we have a city placed on lok and we have been growing quite well until a a day ago... when the max radius of our city suddenly became somewhere between 30 and 40 meters from the city hall... this immediately caused many problems not the least of which will be the desolution of our city (how many houses can you pack into a 30 m radius from the centre of a city hall...)
was wondering if anyone else experienced such a devastating thing?

Are you sure its 30m and the whole radius didn't just shift drastically to one side?That's been happening to many of us, though not to the extent that you state, I'll admit. I'd get your ticket in sometime around yesterday.

after more investigation it appears a shift is what has happened - unfortunately it has shift such that many things that had been in the city are now out of it... including city facilities - which no longer exist T_T.
