Our cloning center poofed last night. We have plenty in the treasury, and haven't dropped down in city rank. CSRs have no clue... can anyone else respond if the same happened to them? i know that there were a few in the chat that had the same problem...

wth? lol thats nice... ... i got told... "you didn't pay your maintenance"... to which i informed them that the treasury pays it and there is no physical way to pay it from the cloning center directly... to which they responded "you're wrong"... finally a smarter csr checked for me and said "ok its paid by the treasury... submit a ticket and we'll review your logs"... that was 5 csrs later...

I had the same thing, but on a different issue. Some of these CSRs are not playing with a full deck.

Don't blame the individual CSR, that kind of misinformation can only happen with bad internal documentation and training practices ... it's a management issue and yes, nobody is surprised that this is another part of the project where bad management is really reflecting poorly on SOE.

/agree
and they are killing themselves with it. I am about to run out of people to play with, they are leaving in droves, and mostly for one reason: the poor customer service.

It's like trying to get through one of those automated voice mail systems, designed to wall you off unless you want to buy something.

That is not entirely accurate. Some CSRs are great, others need to go back to McDonalds

I have had more good experiences with CSRs than I have had bad. The bad just stand out more. It is when a CSR only half glances at the ticket and uses an auto-response, that is where most of the problems are. The ones who actually take a minute to look at the problem, those are the good ones. Those are the ones we need more of!

Thank god I not the only one!

Our cloning center in went poof last night too...

The city is Elysium on Dantooine, Scylla galaxy...

I placed it saturday night when I got back from out of town, and then last night I got home from work only to find it gone... Weird thing is, when I die, I still clone there, it's just that there is no building.

I put a ticket in last night on it, but still haven't received a response. We have almost 1 million in the treasury also.

My in game names are Teeb and Dez if a CSR happens to see this.

Happened with us too. I've got another thread on it.

I post to ask a question however. Is it better to use ctrl-H then customer support to open a ticket or is there a faster way to get CSR support? Also I wish they would add a CITY option in the pull down menu!!

Well, if you find a way to exploit the "invisible cloning center syndrome" they will be all over it trying to fix it as quick as possible.

Quick question...

Was your cloning center on the edge of town?

A few people have been monitoring their city 'radius' or 'center' is shifting over time, and when your building is no longer in the radius it goes poof.

On the city terminal the status shows where it thinks the center of the radius is. Compare that with where you think it should be. You might be surprised. (Mine is 34m from where I think it should be)

yeah many of the cloning centers and fountains and other facilities like hospitals and other city only structures are disappearing due to the shifting city bug... unfortunatly T_T
