Thread: Placing hall and houses question

Hi again, a couple more questions. I do read stickies, so if I missed this, sorry.

When you go to place a hall and you get that little warning about the hall not being able to be redeeded, if you hit 'ok' you still get the overhead map for positioning and can 'esc' out right? All I read was this "When the deed is used, the Politician will have a series of pop-up instruction boxes and system messages appear with important information and instructions". Is this a 'no going back' type thing once you start the process?

And for houses, you can place all your houses first if you want and then place your hall so that the 150m includes all the houses and then just make sure all the owners of the houses declare residency, right?

I am just trying to figure out the best way to get the first 10 citizens in smoothly. I read about needing the first 10 within 24 hours and if the player already is resident someplace else, have them remove from there the day before since the transfer can take 24 hours...heh, good to know.

Thanks for the help again!

If you want to place houses first, they would either have to declare residency *after* the hall is placed, or declare residence before the hall is placed, then enter their houses after it is placed in order for the system to register that they are citizens.
