Unless you go into a player cities cloning city and use the terminal to make that city your default cloning, you will go to an NPC city.

it's intended. the devs put the change (ignore PC cloners in calculating "closest") in a long time ago to prevent cloner camping.

For as long as i can remember, unless you actually CLONE in my city, you canot actually choose my cities cloner as Closest.. you end up a couple cities over. Is tehre a fix for this? can i deed the cloner and place it again to fix this?
