Our mayor is ready to resign from office, we have another ready to take her place but we need a few things answered:

1. is there anyway she can just transfer the CH to the person running against her, instead of being voted out of office?

2.. will we lose the structures that our master politician placed, since the replacement is not master?

3. if our mayor just dropped all of her skills prior to being voted out would the city be destroyed?

any answers you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

SOE's philosophy in a nutshell is this. If someone or a group of people are special, and different from others, then by all means strip the special people of the things that made them special in the first place. Do this so that the not- so- special people dont feel bad about themselves. By all means DO NOT encourage the not- so -special people to strive to themselves become special. Its not like we all didnt start with 250 credits a cdef and a melon.

Because unless you want your city obliterated, someone has to be mayor...

I really think this should be a support profession like pilot. The pilot profession requires no skill points yet has more usefulness than politician. Problem is, when I master politician, I have no skill points left to do anything useful in this game. Good thing I made my alt the mayor, otherwise I would have just faded out like every other mayor I've seen.

I'm on week 4 of trying to leave the office...

Current vote is 88:20 lower than last week's vote of 68:38.

The CSR said I needed to get voted out... so I begs pleaded and did bad things.. and it didn't help the vote overly much.. caused the typical greif /shrug

So The Csr prosimed me if I dump my politician skills I should be removed from the ballot.

Now I've done this.. I've deleted all my politician skills and I'm still on the list so we are hoping next cycle.. (city) I will not be there but I'm not holding my breath and until I am removed I can't do anythig mayoral due to no pol skills which is funny cause I made sure the guidl knew EXACTLY what they were getting into before Ihad them vote on dumpig the skills.

I have however vacated the city hall and I am prepared to light the place on fire if they really want me out. but I told them everythign in the bank will disapear and it's not the best option but it will trasfer the power.

Now If I just delete the city ... we all know the CSR can restore the city if it is deleted by grievence... so.. tap tap tap. how to grief the city to envoke this... technical loop hole.

lol, interesting way of going about it...and I don't think everything in the bank will dissapear, someone said all banks on the same planet are tied together. So everyone's items will be available in an NPC city on that planet.
