ok so i was recently going to start a city on correlia and we stopped cause there were too many shuttleports all ready and all that crap.
so.
Are there ANY servers that dont have the shuttleport, and city rank limits on the planet correlia.
Also, what are the newest servers?
thanks.

The newest servers are the European ones (they all have Europe- in their name). I dont know how well developed are the cities on these servers though.

To my knowledge, there isn't any way to see an exact count on the number of player cities on a planet. It would be really nice if there was a way of making this information available to players wanting to start a new city. A command or something that would say "There are currently X number of player cities on this planet." Kind of like a survey tool. LOL
The best advice I can give is to take a look at how many cities are registered on the map. Then drive around. Not every city is of a rank to be registered, and not all cities register even if they are of the appropriate rank. It's not an exact science by any means, but doing the legwork is about the only way to find out.
Just looking at the number of cities with a shuttleport isn't always an accurate thing. City sizecan go up and down in many places. Just because someone is Rank 4 this week doesn't mean they will be in a month or so. There's no guarantees with player city ranks that are close to a cap, but that can be to the advantage of an up and coming city with a solid mayor and citizen base.

This could also be done by adding a terminal in the capitol building on each planet's biggest city (Coronet, Theed, Bestine...) ; this terminal would display the list of all player cities on the planet, with a few useful info about each city (population, level, location, name of mayor). This would create a small connection between player cities and non-player cities, and on a RP point of view it would make sense, giving the feeling that the planetary government tracks what is being established on the planet. When a traveller would arrive on a new planet, with the project to live on this planet, he could go to this terminal to know the available player cities of the planet.
