Nestled in the shadow of the Emperor's Retreat on Naboo, Constellation has enjoyed an exciting and prosperous first year of existence!

This Saturday, November 13th, marks the one year Anniversary of the founding of Constellation, Naboo! There will be a celebration with a number of events going on throughout the night, with a bunch of cash and prizes being given out to people who come to the party! We already havehad over 3 million credits in cash donated for prizes, and expect more donations as we get closer to the date.Festivities begin at 8pm EST.

Here's a quick summary of the events you can expect, and an estimate of what time each event will be starting:

* Opening Ceremonies - 8pm EST : The party gets started in the Constellation City Hall, as Mayor Jaspor greets people with a brief speech and reflects on the past year.

* Party at the Drunken Gungan - 8:15 EST: The party moves across the courtyard to the infamous Drunken Gungan cantina. Live music, dancing, much booze, and general merriment to be found here!

* Swoop Race Free-For-All! - 9pm EST: The party moves briefly to Keren, Naboo as party-goers put on their racing gear, rev up their swoop bikes, and zoom around the city streets! No pre-registration is needed for this event. Basically, there will be several multi-racer preliminary races, and the fastest times will move on to the championship race! Prizes will be awarded to the fastest racers.

* Pazaak Card Tournament - 10pm EST: For those of you with a gambling streak, we will be having a Pazaak tournament. For those of you not familiar with the game, rules will be posted here and sent out in-game. Basically, it's a like Blackjack, but you want to get to 20 instead of 21, and you get a few random cards in your hand that you can play to add to your score. If you would like to participate in the Pazaak tournament, please contact Jaspor. A private message here or an in-game email are both fine. But registration IS required before hand to participate. There will be prizes for the top finishers.

* Space Dog-Fighting Exhibition - 11pm EST: The party moves to space! People will be given an opportunity to engage in some one-on-one space battles! Some fights will result in actual duels, with big explosions and death. While others will be exhibitions between combatants using low intensity lasers as to not damage one another. Those not interested in fighting will be boarded onto one of Constellation's charter luxury yachts to watch the action from the safety of the observation decks with a cocktail in hand.

* Booze Cruise - Midnight EST: And, for those who managed to stick around this long, the evening is capped off with a pleasure cruise among the stars aboard a luxury yacht. Live music and cocktails will be available as the ship takes a tour around some of the more scenic parts of the galaxy.

* Fireworks! - Throughout the night in Constellation, firework displays will be going off. There's some really good viewing spots on the hill behind the cantina.

* Duels! - For those of you who can't enjoy a party without a little bloodshed, there will also be some friendly dueling going on in the Constellation courtyard throughout the night. Friendly wagering and betting on the outcome of fights is not only allowed, but encouraged!

It should be quite a memorable night. And we hope to see many of you there as Constellation celebrates this historic anniversary event!
