Thread: Some Questions About The Types Of Cities
Ok, this could be a good thread.
I'm a current mayor of a metropolis on Flurry. sounds good so far but....
We are on the planet Lok. Which to be honest is not one of the most traveled to planets.
do people like to be in a ghost town or one that has alot of traffic? answer is a no brainer.
So here are some questions i've been asking myself:
What is the make-up of the city, comabt vs. crafters?
What are the other cities on my planet have as a specially?
We started out as improved Job Market and have switched within the last 2 weeks to Research Center. The vendors notice a huge drop in sales and the traffic flow is almost down to nothing.
of course some of the crafters want to keep the Research center but Since we are on lok and the main reason to come here is to hunt, people will go where they can get a 15% increase in pay out which should bring the traffic back.

Specializations you might see:
Stronghold - Militia members get +50 defensive bonus for PvP
Improved Job Market - Mission terminals pay more (15%?)
Manufacturing Center - Critical Fails on crafting combines less often
Research Center - Bonus to crafter experimentation rolls (15%)
Other specializations:
Sample Rich - Artisan sampling yields better results
MedicalDistrict - Bigger healing (possibly bigger buffs?)
Entertainment District - Bigger e-healing
Research Center is the most useful to crafters as it means its easier to produce high quality goods. The maximum quality is not adjusted, just the level of effort/resources needed to obtain that quality.
