Do I get xp or do i need to be mayor of a city to grind it?


Even if just 2 ppl voted for me would i get some xp?

As of about 2 months ago, you still received xp even if you didn't win the election. I was going to take over mayor from a city but we couldn't get enough over the inactives and I still received xp.
