Now that votes actually make a difference, is it ok to do anything it takes to be elected mayor?
Regardless of being incredibly sleazy, would it be okay for someone to email an entire town and offer a bounty for their vote?

Well I don't know of any game mechanic to stop you.
And why can't ther be corrupt mayors in the galaxy anyway. I wont do it, but to each his own
