Hey what do you guys think about absentee ballots? Essentially it would allow citizens to vote via e-mail, without going to the terms. Good idea? Bad idea?

I like the idea, But I think the devs came up with this plan of having to constantly go back to the city every 3 weeks to revote is to get more people in the player cities that are all but dead. That is mostly likely the reason autovoting doesn't work anymore.
