hi im a soon to be politician and i cant seem to find some basic info. like how many lots a city hall takes and what the upkeep is like... does it change with the size of the city.. etc.

There's an FAQ at the top of the politician forum that gives most of the info. However, I can tell you that a city hall takes up no lots at all, as do none of the other city structures thata mayor places.
