Of course not in the game. I'm starting out trying to get my petition from the offices where I get 3% of the total voting population to sign it. That gets me on the ballot. I'm thinking about putting a blog out to help my campaign as well as give you guys an idea of what I've been having to do to get everything together. Heres some information on me if you guys have any suggestions.

I'll be 19 at the time of the election, 18 right now.
I'm independant, thus I'm not in the primaries.
White Male.
I can use and understand some sign language, which is usefull in a place that has the state school for the deaf.
I can use and understand some spanish, though I plan on getting a few actual spanish speakers to help me out.
My main concern is the conflicting interests of certain members of the local government(I don't own a business like the rest of them do, which they usually and obviously enhance with thier term as mayor) and the vast amount of un-needed admins(police and such).

I'm one hell of a longshot, and I don't expect to win, but what do you guys think I should do to get some of the vote.
I'm going to have to pick up a treasurer from the college(campaign finace papers and the financial disclosure papers I have to put in are pretty nasty).
