It will take people 185 weeks to get to a fourth box title such as Warmaster. This means they will get the box they want in about August of 2008 (this being said the last weekend of January 2005). That means in order to master politician they will have to wait 740 weeks, or over 14 years, to get to Master Politician.

If someone tells you they're in this for the badge or a title, give them the numbers. There's no reason if you're doing your job competently that you have anything to fear from your own people.

In my opinion, if you Are the mayor, you should be running every week & being active with your citizenry to show that you care about the city - Not just when someone decides to run for mayor. We are public servants, not royalty.

Yeah thats all nice and everything... BUT.... the whole public servant/royalty thing.....speak for yourself. I'm on Naboo...we even have a Queen running the planet.

And your queen is elected. Didn't you listen to Padme? She is all about the public servant role.

Is your rate of XP growth based on the bare minimum you get every 3 weeks? I get one level 4 box every 3 weeks because my citizens actually vote for me. (About 20-30 people). If30 people vote for me every 3 weeks and 300x(number of votes) + 750xp for winning election = total amount of xp, then I get about 6,750-9,750 xp every three weeks. I think 10k is needed for a level 4 skill, so it will take me about24 weeks to master the profession.

This is talking about someone that is not the mayor running just for xp. *points to title and original post*

I think I will borrow this post and send it to my citizens. I have several running against me, but just for the XP and the badge. I think that they should make it so that only Mayors in office can collect the master badge when available.

Feel free. They probably will decide not to bother.
