I have just two quick questions (atm, more will surely follow, lol). I have read the FAQ and used the tools, they are great, so TY to anyone that helped w/ those.

My questions are these:

For CIty Names, I see these Change (one city seem to change all the time) what are the restrictions on this? Once per ??? (3wks) and only X number of times per City?

Secondly and more importantly is City banning, Now I use this as a last resort, and need to know, if I know the name of the person(s) must I catch them in the City? or can I just use a /command "playername" and ban them? It seems like I am not around to catch them and yet get complants.

I don't believe there's any kind of limit on how many times you can change the city name; just go to the city maintenance terminal.

/cityban requires you to target the player to be banned. They must also be present for a pardon as well.
