Thread: Moving Player City Bank and the Safety Deposit Box

I'd like to ask you just to make sure not many of our players go bankrupt, so in case...
Our mayor plans to move the bank but it involves redeeding first. It is not entirelly evident from the FAQ whether the deposit box belongs to the city banking terminal and can be accessed from any bank terminals in the planet (therefore might be wiped if the terminal is redeeded) or the city banking terminal provides access to the planetary bank including the safety deposit box and therefore it is unaffected when moving (redeeding) the terminal. Any help is appreciated (especially those do not involve guesses).

My citizens still joke to this day about me being the first mayor to rob the bank......I moved it from the location it was in to the otherside of the city hall. Everything went fine...they just seem to find humor in the little things.
Also, you can have more than 1 bank in a city...I have 1 by the City Hall, and the other in a part of town I am expanding to that the new citizens dont have to run as far to get to the bank while moving. I haven't tried to place more than the 2...

Our city currently has five banks -one in the centre of town and four in different districts.

Where's the fun in that? Claim to be a robber baron, that you hold in your pocket all that they spent their in game lives earning. Throw in some aluminumfoil hat theories too, go nuts.
