Can a Politician be the Mayor of more than one city ? If a city is started, then another is placed towards the outmost limit of previous city's maximum attainable size, could mayor of original also be mayor of new one. sort of like having a city named "Cinder" then one named "East-Cinder". Just wondering

No. As you can only be a resident of one city at a time (or should only be able to provided you're not exploiting the dual-citizenship bug), you can only be the mayor of one city at a time.
