Thread: Revenue / Expense Reports

Does anyone know if there areplans for a detailed Weekly City Revenue / Expense report? It would be nice to see where the revenue is coming from. It would definately help balance the books.

I think this is one of the items on the mayors' wishlists.

Been on the wish list a long time with various implementations suggested.


In the meantime use the Treasury Tool - link in my signature. If you don't have Excel it also works wtih Open Office.

Not to sound crass but since it seems the bulk of Mayors just feed the city a ton of credits via donations, does the Revenue/Expense really matter to most?

I know it matters to me, but I seem to be a distinct minority in terms of funding a city via taxes which requires keeping tabs on Revenue vs Expenses.

Ive seen so many cities operating on zero taxes, that it leads me to belive that the majority of mayors could really care less about this stuff as long as they can shove credits in a slot to keep their city maintained.

Well taxes don't really work so of course they're going to get rid of imposing taxes that don't work.
