My guild has a city with no shuttle. We have wrestled control of another city and now control it. We do not plan on moving. there are 2 cities who have a pulse before us.

My question:

If I rip up the City Hall in the city we took over before our city pulse, within say 15 minutes, will the other 2 cities who hit their pulse a few hours before be able to take that slot or will we be safe to drop ours since they have missed their pulse?

city updates aren't exact science, so it depends on if you're willing to take the risk. if there's lag in city updates, something might go wrong.
