I have just taken over as mayor of a city on the premise that the budget will be cleaned up, however I have found something that is causing me concern : the budget doesn't add up.

At present we pay out as follows :

City size (city) : 110,000

Structures : 166,500

Map Registry : 5,000

Decorations : 13,500

Trainers&Terminals : 16,500

This is all fine, except the structures part does not add up. We have the following :

Bank : 1,500 p/w

Shuttle : 25,000 p/w

Cloning : 20,000 p/w

Medium garden (3) : 60,000 p/w

Small garden (1) : 10,000 p/w

Giving a weekly cost of 116,500 - exactly 50,000 short of the figure quoted.

Am I failing to include other buildings in this breakdown? Am I right in thinking that cantinas (we have 2), hostpitals (1) and theatres (none) are paid for solely by the operator of the building? Does the city hall itself cost 50k per week to run on top of the 110k we're paying out due to the size of the city?

Any insight you can offer would be most appreciated.

City Hall is about 50-60k if I recall correctly.

Did you include your specialization? Also, lights, statures and such also cost.

I think city hall alone is 35k per week but it grows as the city does.

It's just the structures element of the maintenance that doesn't tie.

Specialisation is not handled under structures, neither are decorations (streetlamps, statues, fountains) or TnT (terminals and trainers). It is just structures.

I understood that the cost of city hall would be 110k at the size of our city - if itis the case that there is an additional 50k on top of this.

On a final point, is there an official SOE pricing guide for how much city maintenance is anywhere? I have read all the FAQs here (very helpful) and just about everything else I can find, but I can't seem to tie down why the Structures budget is 50k out.
