I have been mayor for two weeks.When the previous mayor was in office he always got xp for every citizeneach week. Now that i am mayor i got xp for only some of our citizens.I thought i was suffering from an xp bug so i put in a ticket. I had to logout and missed the first csr and had to wait for a second that csr told me that xp had changed and now you only get xp for ppl that actually go to the ballot and vote is this true?

It is a bug. System remembers every player that ever run for office, and the maximum number of votes that person received. Some CSRs think this will be fixed in Pub 7. But lately too many threads here tell me that yet some CSRs think it's designed to be so? Some Dev needs to clerify this. May be Bajeezus can bring this to their attention? I can descirbe in detail what's happening.
