I was thinking how great it would be for Mayors to be able to hand out Badges for "Outstanding Citizen" or something like that. I think it would be a neat perk so you could recognize the players in the city that really stand out.

There are enough badges to add to a bio, so perhaps instead of that, have some sort of Terminal of Fame in the City Hall, where badges are handed out and kept a record of for the duration of the city's life?

I think that would work as well. Just something to recognize members of the city who work hard. Maybe a temporary title?

To me I would like to see the abilty to boot citizens from the city.......

There's plenty of creative ways to honor citizens who have contributed a lot.

All you need is a little imagination when naming items to honor them.
