Thread: Rebuilding/designing a city.

Our city on Lok on the Corbantis server is already a City with a shuttleport, however I am wanting to redesign the city to be more effecient. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get houses out of the way that are old? Some people put 100,000 credits into small houses and so they're going to be up for quite a while. I guess the only way to really redesign a city is to make a new one?
