Thread: If citywarn removed, an alternative to add AT SAME TIM

An idea folks have come up with.. and to just get it out of hte clutter.



The catch here being, it MUST be added, at the same time citywarn is removed... otherwise the unwanted folks will come back.



Modify Cityban.



When used, it acts like a structure eject... kicking the player out of hte city.. then the city acts like a battlefield when you have a tef, warping you out whenever you try to come in.



This way, no one is getting killed, but you can still keep those out who you dont want in.



As for cities around PoI's... move them... if people refuse to move them, then destroy them.. better to piss off one city worth of people, than the entire population of the game.

citywarn... give them a minute warning instead of 30 second warning




why must they remove that type of **edit**

Lol, Ian i'll agree to have my city leveled if you agree to let yours be knocked over as well.

The fix for the POI thing is much simpler...just make citywarn ineffective for a certain radius around POIs. That way no one has to move their whole city. I would be much more willing to allow that than to level my city We located where we did so that we could offer support to those who want to take on the force caves and Rebel base (on dantooine). Why people are misusing /citywarn to do this with POI's is beyond me (are people really doing this? Or is it one guy once...so now it must be nerfed?). Anyways, Ian I would be willing to bet anything that your city is not near a POI.
