hehe, I been waiting 7 hous with city in processing, havnt even gotten to that issue yet=)

Our's processed in a matter of minutes. You think maybe the server waits until all cities are processed before it awards xp?

We had the same problem.

It's been 5 hours since our city grew and our mayor received no xp.

He sent in a ticket at that time and hasn't heard any response.

Add me to the masses that didn't get my mayor XP. I was supposed to have 3600 XP and not a stich of it. I sent in ticket. I'm on Ahazi

Our last update took overnight to process, I sat there for 7 hours waiting and got nothing. Had to log for the night. When I got back in the next morning, I had the XP and the city had grown.

The only time you need to submit a ticket for lost XP is in these two cases:

1) It's been more than 12 hours since your city should have processed and it still hasn't

2) Your city processed (no longer says ERROR in status) but you didn't get the XP, even an hour later

Otherwise, just be patient. The time I missed out on the 100XP for my own vote they replied a few days later and gave me the XP with no hassle.

Our city just made level 4 CITY! The vote was unanimous. YET, he has recieved NO XP??

I swear I have read that the developers promised that the CSR's COULD help and award XP after checking validity. Yet, our Mayor wrote the ticket, and was told we would recieve NO HELP. That if they could do anything at all, it would be 1-3 days!!!

What kind of bologna is this???

We have done OUR part, and now we get SCREWED by people who either don't know their jobs or lazy people who don't want to be bothered!

This is a bunch of BOLOGNA and you developers need to keep your promises dang it!

We earned that shuttle, and we cannot place it because of yet another bug, and the CRS's who's responsiblity it is to help fix this refuse to help.

Come on guys. Show us you really DO CARE! Fix this and award our Mayor the xp he has earned!

actually they have been very fast at responding to these issues i had a csr ticket submitted and 24 hours later had a response i actually consider that to be fast.

their prb is, if they award the exp now, and then the city finally finishes update, you could get double the expierance, what they are saying in chat, is make sure the mayor is logged in at least 2 hours to process it...not much, but that is the issue

Well, it's been more than 24 hours.

Where's the xp we all voted for our Mayor???

Why do we get messages from the CSR's saying there is nothing they can do to help us???
