In response to removing /citywarn due to people using it to keep people out of POI.

These "griefing" players are clearly violating the SWG terms of service. Which includes a paragraph on harassment via keeping people from accessing areas. This would include placing a building blocking the entrance to an area, but isnt that basically what players these players are doing when they place a town hall near an area?

Force them to remove their town. If they dont, take "Corrective action" against their accounts.

May not be nice sounding, but if it keeps /citywarn in the game.

I think SOE is really taking the wrong approach to this . . . they should just admit their mistake in allowing people to build near POI's, delare them no build zones, and schedual a couple of CSR'sfor helping move people to another nearby location that doesn't block access. Alternatively, they can remove the /citywarn command from those areas only, and leave people the choice of either picking up and moving, or retaining their city near the POI but being unable to warn people in their town. They already have the code ingame to disallow certain commands unless certain parameters are met (for example, no calling pets except in certain areas) so I can't think that this would be impossible to implement. It might not be easy, but that's their problem for screwing up in the first place.
