Greetings All!

I'm Kitsu Mayor of Arkham on Corellia in the distant galaxy named FarStar.

Mayor since the first day i placed that City Hall 7km away from Coronet, with a few bunch of friends, we were (Ash, Minx, Kanigoo, Sureshot, Me and Tchouka ...) OMG.. we were6 !

It has been a lot of hard teamwork to get all things done, i ve spend a lot of time roaming Coronets answering questions, yelling to attract people in that distant land, populated with Crimson Slayer Razor Cats...

Far but with a lot of good will.

We didn t gave out citizenship for free, we haven t paid for citizens, every single citizen in Arkham paid his house, his maintenance, his clone insurance ... All have accepted to trust the mayor and his core team to build that city for them in the fastest delay we could and with the best layout we could.

Now, we gotmost City structures placed or ready to place. 57 citizens which i m pretty proud of for the effort they invest running the 5km from Doaba back and forth multiple times just to be there at the right moment.

The /citywarn command was already banned from the militia tool in our city. I never found a good reason to use it actually.

To be honest, when i first add Militians to the terminal my first and only fear was to have them use and abuse of the /warn command. I did broadcast about it, and indeed nobody used it

Mmmh, actually i could have used another command, something like /structurewarn Some new city around just found out that placing a bunch of Harvesters in our City Expansion radius would be nice decorations... But well, what can i do ? As a mayor i can just tell my citizens i have no means and the Militia has no means to remove that ugly field of Wind Power Generator there.
The theater ? the garden ? the Metropolis Expansion ? no no no... that s over, forget that place, that part of the city is dead.

Well, for my side, i only want to have one of my citizen trying for Mayor to leave that burden and go hunt a bit once in a while. Not that i dislike the profession, but what will happen if i get sick one week ? or goes for holiday ? The city will just get stuck for as much time i will be offline, until one of them decide to go for the job and get elected a week later. So i need someone to get some exp and pick on thejob as well.

All that said i still have a few questions i d like to be solved...

Where are the Bazaar in town ? how can't we pop that tool? I've read in the State of Players City thread something about why Player cities aren t as attractive as NPC Cities... I wonder how you didn t notice we had no Bazaar in town ? no SpyNet Operatives (although i would have loved to see the first PvP Bounties terms here) ? no Starport (Although i suspect it ll comes with Space Expansion)? Now, i love Arkham as it goes, and i would take it as my only urban need but these makes a difference between NPC and PC Cities.

What will makes the difference between Arkham and Other NPC Cities are events for the main part.

There s nothing on Corellia right now that worths the move, only people and maybe the fact that Coronet had the Rebel Faction Terms in town and a bounty hunter/SpyNet Op less than 1m away.

I ve done a round trip of the POI around, The Corsec Island is nice but a single guy was camping it with a single pet. I heard you needed Slice IV to open the containers but actually i wonder why a Slicer at Tier IV would go in that blue/light bluebase to open these and loot the CDEF Pistols....

Wait, i m not saying there s absolutely no interest in Corellia ! Leia base is a place to hand around if you are rebel... But Just compare it to Tatooine... Check out the 4 cities who placed in the POI Radius to Farm the Krayt dragons, Jabba's Palace, Tusken Fort; Jawa city.... etc.

How can you balance that ? I mean How can every other Weaponsmith in the galaxy can find a way to challenge the one who live 100m away from the top weapon/Armor enhancer drop ?

Anyway, i m really proud of Arkham. These guys in the boonies made it, i hope for something more valuable, at least forwhat has been done yet.
