Wouldn't the cantina become their declared residence since it operates just like any other housing structure?

Once a cantina is placed can it be transferred to someone who is not a Master Dancer, Musician or Chef.

I remember reading sometime ago, that this was not possible, but someone told me today that is was.

Can I get an official answer?
