Each week, your city starts its "city event" to tally and grow. While it is doing that, this is what your terminal will display.

Please note, that for several of us on Chilastra and Scylla, the city event took as long as 26 hours to complete. For most people it takes about 30min-1hour.

If after 26 hours, your city does not complete its update and the terminal still gives you that error message, I would submit a ticket and post back here as well.

The really annoying part to this, is that your next tick is 7 days from the time the city updates.

Last week, ours was 11:45pm GMT Friday. This week it was 01:45am Saturday, and took an hour, it will start at 02:45am ish next Saturday now

I dont understand this message and my city remains at level 3 dispite having 59 citizens and the vote time reached. Can someone please help me out here!
