Thread: Give me factional cities or give me death!
1) NPC troops that at minimum remain stationary. Preferably patrol. The mayor could set spawn points in the form of some kind of structure, or they could just spawn at the city hall (since every city has one), or they could spawn at Recruiters (see #2). Perhaps the mayor could set patrol points. Yes people could have thier faction pets do this, but who wants to risk them this way, and it only works while the user is online. These troops don't have to be a formidable kind of defense, we just need the appearance of them.
2) Give us the ability to hire factional recruiters the way we do skill trainers, and place factional mission terminals. Yes we can place faction bases, so I guess this isn't that much of a request.
3) Allow us to bar players of the opposing faction (or at least ban all members of certainPAs)from using any of our structures or becoming citizens. Additionally, some players may wish to ban neuterals in the same way. This banning includes ALL structures (with the obvious exception of faction bases, so they can be destroyed), not only civic ones. Do not allow them to place harvestors either.
As a trade-off, all of these ideas could draw additional money from the treasury. Nothing comes free, folks.
ALREADY EXIST if you want to see what i mean try to register with a playercity hospital if your neutral it will give you the message . "you cannot register with a hospital/cantina that is not of your faction"
as far as why or how this is happening I havnt a clue.
I didnt care to, nor do i care if they keep factional cities.
I stated the facts
Force remove cities from POI areas.
Do not allow people with citywarn TEF to clone in the city they were warned in.
Allow cities to declare for a faction. Do not allow placement of faction deeds unless city is declared.
Do not allow opposing faction to clone in factioned cities. (So they can't be griefed with scanners and other things)
