Has this happened to anyone else? I got an email saying our city advanced to level 4, went to place the shuttleport and realized our city still thinks it's a level 3 city. This is 2 hours after the vote ended. I already got my xp.

Happened to Mos Nihil on Bria too, still waitined there.

same thing but it straightened itself out in about an hour

nearing the 7 hour mark and still nothing. Stuck at 3 and nothing from the CSR's on the tickets I submitted nearly 7 hours ago

Mos nihil now past the 12 hour mark, and still nothing from the CSR's... Anyone else having this problem?

This is a major let down, I hope a CSR answers our plea for help, a lot of business was riding on our successfully getting a shuttleport in. And I spent many hours helping people/friends move in.

My city advanced to level 4 from level 3. Still not xp and was hoping to do some major overhauls on structures... I even got the email saying that I'm still the encumbent mayor. Get'n close to 24 hours and am hoping that after the server reset that all will be good. I usually get my xp after a few hours...not used to this whole day crap.

Well, my city is still in error mode, but it is great to know I have several more stages of bugs to go through

no responce from a csr after 12 hours?

guys guys guys... you have another 5 days at least to wait till they get around to reading your tickets.

i lost all of my building lots once to a rollback bug. that took me 6 days to get a responce. and even THEN they would not do anything about it until they could talk to me online.... that took another two days. having zero available lots made it a little difficult for this resourse merchant to make any cash in that time....

hope they get around to you guys faster than they got to me.

As of 11:00 PM EST last night, the mayor or Riverveil (Seyr) had a similar problem on Chilastra.

No exp, no growth from class 3 to class 4 city.

one day down here....still nothing and no reply to my ticket. I really hope this doesn't go unanswered... Please Devs...we're counting on you guys to at least tell us what's up. I too have a lot of pressure on me to get a shuttle out there...and with other cities delivering as promised...it'll make it hard for me to keep citizens if something doesn't happen fast!

I'm also finding it near impossible to place my cantina...anyone know what's up there?
