Thread: Dev-Idea to make Hospitals and Cantina Useful

Med centers have a 100 rating. My droid has a 110 rating. I get 10% higher buffs by walking outside to buff...and do so.


Hospitals would be un-pointless, if they's make their healing rate go to 120 or even more. I know PvP'ers who would hire me to shuttle to their town for 10% more buffness. Do the same for Entertainer buffs...and healing. Make it 120%.

Yeah, and remove the TEF for player city hospitals& cantinas
