how many cities on your servers look like ghost towns?
no commoners, nobles, storm troopers, scientists, no one. i think allowing you to place those, say nobles available at metropolis and commoners available at township or something with a limit on how many you can have. make your cities feel alive.
and more importantly:
PLACE SPYNET OPERATIVES
what was the point of BH mission terminals with no spynet operatives to give the waypoint/bio signature??

I always have 2 deliver missions active with my mayor character ... thus creating the 2 start NPCs somewhere in my city ... of course now my mayor char can't take any missions anymore but he'd be to occupied to do them anyhow

I'd like a feature where we can add NPCs and give them a script, similar to the vendor customised barking.
That way I wouldn't have to set up vendors as NPCs

I'vebeen praying for this from Day One.
I think Pex has this down on his "wish list" of things to add.
They actually added something like this back in UO, and it was awesome. It actually allowed NPCs to be placed in houses that had 3 "phrases" they spoke that were triggered by keywords spoken aloud by players. Many awesome player-run quests were setup as almost "static" content using this system. I would do frickin cartwheels in the street if they ever add something like this to SWG.

We need to put Imperial Recruiters, and can't put them on the City

If i recall, a long time ago in a galaxy far far away the devs planned to have basically "npc buildings" available for placementin high level player cities. These would spawn npcs that would walk around and talk and say "Hello!" and give missions out. This sounded really awsome! which is obviously why it was removed from the game pre-launch...

Well, On my server wanderhome, my city is not a ghost town. We have a dimu tent in the city and they walk around all the time, i have my trainers placed around cardens, bank, med cnter, they are not all in one section like most citys do with their trainer, like by the shuttle. if anyone wants to check us out come to wanderhome/tatooine -2500 -2500 I do also feel we should be able to get factional recruiters and spynets as well.
