Ok here's my problem .. i am shutting down my town and i have 11mill cred stuffed into the city hall (this was put there by2 players who quit)
And now everyone (including me) moved to another town.
This 50k/day is killing me .. is there a way to bypass this.
I have checked the forums and it seems that "yeah you can onlypull 50k/day.. live with it"
Cant the devs develop some sort of petition in the city hallwerethe town residentsgive there approval for the mayor toemety the citytreasure.

You can TRY contacting the CSRs.
And maybe, just maybe, convince them to look at the City Treasury logs to verify you were the one who, in fact, put that money in yourself. Then they MIGHT give it back to you.
I doubt it though.
But there was a story here once or twice about something like that happening. A lot of it has to do with the CSR you're dealing with, and how much they can confirm that it is really your money.

I sympathise with you. With all of our citizens bailing out to go and play WoW (or just leaving the game because of lag, playing thru dialup, etc), all have been dropping their credits into the city treasury with the result that we now have over 44m credits in our happy little ghost burg (enough for 66 weeks of maintenance!! 
). It's gotten to the stage where I have pleaded with people not to donate to the city anymore.
Nominally our city has 77 residents, realistically it has an active population of around 20 owing to game leavers. Not a happy state of affairs.
