Today i tried to place a cloning facility in our lvl 4 town but when i used the deed it told me ""Can only support 1 structure of this type"" Now we don't have a cloning facility in the town yet but it still can't place one. Any came across the same problem or knows how to fix?

Weirdness.

Check the City Admin terminal and see if one is listed there in the Structure Report.

Maybe there's one that was removed or decayed and is still "ghosted" somehow?

Either way, contacting a CSR is probably the only way to fix this.

Checked the structure report and none was listed. There was one before wich was removed when the town degraded so i guess your right and maybe there will be one still in the twilight zone Thanks.

this happend to me once when we lost are shuttle for a few weeks. i got the message when i went to place the new one. i made a csr ticket and they came out with in an hour. it seems the city structures are on some database associated with the city and sometimes it doesnt clear things correctly. but it was a quick fix that took just a few minutes.

contact a csr for help your city had a clone center and it expired due to lack of population... a csr will need to contact a dev for a command to clear it. I had a simular instance on a ghosted shuttleport. it tooks about a week to fix.
