I've looked through seveal FAQ's and guides, but don't see anything on this. Can a mayor kick a resident out of her/his city through any commands?

I came into the SWG universe as an entertainer
and performed to a crowded cantina in Mos Espa.
I will use a respec and become an entertainer again,
pull out my last pet from my creature handler days
and dance in an empty cantina in Mos Espa and disconnect from the game forever.

has anyone tried to ban the resident, that would be away to force them out if they could no longer shuttle or use city buildings.

Tried it for chits and grins and it doesn't work. You can only ban non-residents.
