It's one of the most common question from the new citizens...and i think it's a good point. Why the player cities can't have a Bazaar? It would be nice if we can see what is offered in the universe directly from a terminal near our home, this game need a little of "decentralization"!

Would be a nice idea
But i think we should get terminals attached to the next major city
So when the city is near to Keren, the terminals in the city are linked to those in Keren.

What about PCs that are not near any NPC cities? The reason for this is that the items put up for sale are "bound" to the particular terminal, or group of terminals. The devs would have to code in a warp function for the items incase the terminal dissapeared, or was removed. They still have not done this, I don't see them doing it in the near future either. The same reason we don't have Starship terms.

Well, you could make all the PC bazaar terminals on a planet the "group." That way, items could be picked up from any PC bazaar on the planet. That way, the only way items on a PC bazaar would disappear is if every mayor on the planet picked up the bazaar terminals (which seems unlikely to me). I suppose you could do the same for the starship terminals, but this makes less sense than the bazaar terminals.
Devs probably wouldn't go for this but who knows.

Well why sell things from a PC bazaar terminal anyway? I only drop my things in Coronet and Theed. (tyrena now as well for ship parts) Typing in all the code to move the items if a mayor destroys the terminal or the city drops a rank or two would be rediculous. Way too much effort for far too little a gain. However...
Why not have visibility only bazaars? Ones where you are able to shop by planet or galaxy. If I want to grab some grinder resources, loot kit parts, a ship piece, shoes, whatever I have to travel to the closest NPC city or fly into one. Well this is just fine if I only plan on selling but if I want to buy I have to go to a city just to see if it has the stuff. Find out it is empty but the one across world (that I could have gone to in the first place) is fully stocked with what I want and then have to fly on over to there. Put a "shopping only" bazaar in cities and this is cancelled out. I can shop and buy thing then pick 'em up at my leisure instead of having to travel to see if I need to travel.

I would like to see something like this, maybe have it some type of cooperate requirement between a Merchant and a Politician. As far as items going away, if the terminal loses its support, it could remain accepting no additional postings, but not going away til time limits were up (37 days?). And it should definately be tied into the regional bazaar system anyhow.

great idea, that I can see happening because it would take far less coding to implement

curse you Nym, and your Monopolistic strategies to control all traffic in and out of Lok. I hereby officially declare that the city of New Kabala on Lok has declared war on Nym, and all of his henchmen. Nym, I'll see your thugs up in space in the crosshairs of my TIE Bomber. Nym will no longer recieve a single credit from me for travel expenses. LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!!!
