Thread: New cities created today, nothing but a city hall? I believe that is all you get at Outpost.

I have an established city, but after seeing the problems people are having with new cities, I wonder if it is a problem or not. Didn't they say that when they were going to get rid of taxes, elections and everything for outposts.


I think you have to get to 20 residents and level 2 before you can do anything.

Not quite true. I placed our city today (bah humbug as I'm suppose to be the city planner, not the mayor), and the city hall has all the options with taxes on the menu. You just can't use those options. Voting works fine in an outpost. Anyoutpost lacking these options in the menu, or not allowing voting, has something wrong with it.
