Just curious to what other Player city members think about that. Have vehicles made player city shuttleports obsolete?

How do you justify keeping a shuttleport if it only takes a minute or two to hop on your speeder bike and ride to the nearest starport?

Not everyone is a minute or 2 away from shuttleports, just so you're aware...

Also, just like people are impatient and didn't want to wait for mount prices to go down, they'll be just as impatient and ready to take a waiting shuttle if at all possible.

I think shuttleports are still very worthwhile. Sure, if you're 2k from a NPC city, just whip out the speeder and take a quick ride. Still, cities that are 7, 8, 9kfrom the closest starport will still use theirs I think. That, and I rather enjoy jumping from city to city

Well, naturally, those Player Cities who did not think ahead and placed themselves close to an existing city will find their income disappear!

Those with some vision will have placed their cities a long way for existing cities, meaning that their shuttleports will still be valuable

Shuttles are still great...is instant and is really not expensive.

Heheh our city is almost 9k from the only npc city on our planet the shuttle even with vehicles is a god send.

If your city is within 2 or 3 km from a city then yes anybody with a vehicle will likely just drive there if they miss the bus. Remember though most people share two qualities they are A)cheep and B)lazy most will not want to bang up their buggy on milk runs and take the effort to actually navigate to the city they will sit like zombies at the shuttle port instead.
