Why cant mayors hire spynet op.'s for there Town?!?!?!?! ? it would seam to me that if a player town wanted to have its bounty hunter citizens happy it would not only be able to plant bounty hunter mission terminals but spynet ops to!!!! its useless to have a terminal and then have to fly to the next town to get a spynet opretive!!!! PLZ tell me if there is another way to do my hunting from home with out having to fly to 5 different towns just to do it! or tell me if i cna find some where where i can complain about this annoying undersight on the devs part!

From what I understand Spynet operatives are tied to Bounty Hunter NPC missions. They only exist around near places NPCtargets canspawn. I don't if the system is able to accomodate NPC targets spawing in and around cities. So even if you had a Spynet operative in a city it would probablyonly bedecorative.

That is not true. Spynet operatives are in static locations in the planetary cities, much like NPC trainers. While NPC bounty marks spawn randomly across the the planets.
I have often asked the question to myself, "Why does my city have a Bounty Mission Terminal, if I never use it due to there being no Spynet operative for me to get my mark's biological signature?"

Well, I probably shouldn't have said "near". But they are related, and my point was that maybe the way the BH missions are set up the Spynet opperatives need to be in a fixed, pre-known, location. I don't know it to be true, but if it is I doubt they'd change it any time soon.
