Hi folks. I'm not a politician, but I figure this is probably the best place to ask this question
I am curious to know if the defense bonus's gained to the city militia when a city is a "Stronghold" is working or not. They've not really noticed anything, but you'd think that a 50+ to all defenses would be significant enough to be noticed.
