So it took us a long time, but the citizens of Libria formed a community. We finally got enough legitimate citizens to move to a Rank III city, a lot of effort was put in to make this happen in the last few days before update as we saw we were getting closer.

As we have a solid community, I know we could move to another remote planet (not Naboo) and probably get to a rank III in 2 weeks... We got rallied as a community to make this happen, realized there was a cap, but noticed there were only 14 cloners, med centers and registered cities(all of these in the same location).... We got the ultimate let down yesterday at update....Planetary cap had been met...

Before I work to move the community or even discuss it, is there anyway to see where the planet stands regarding city rank caps? So that I can see what my community's options are before broaching the topic?Or arewe stuckplaying another crapshoot?

Also, is the med center a rank III? or can a master doc place and as I can't get a city specialization, is there any point to go up the first 3 branches until we make rank III?

Finally with respect to the 3 week rule, is that to take place effective patch day? or will the 3 week clock start on patch day?

Take care,

unfortunately there is no way to tell how many cities are at what level.... you can "guess" that with shuttleport are level 4 (some doesn't take shuttleport.. this is a rumor hehe)

cloning centers and med centers are level III facilities.... banks at usually 2... I would at least count the banks how many cities have them (it is very easy access and cheap to run) then you could "ride to each city" and take notes on what level they are on...

This is pretty much the only way I can think of... another way is to see any trainers... any level cities can have them just limit on how many..

as per 3 weeks.. TH said they are extending to 6 weeks... I would assume the clock starts on the patch.

Thanks Chibi-Bar for your advice. I was hoping in an exchange witha CSR, that they would know when the clock on inactivity (whether 3 or 6) will start, but I have gotten no answer to that issue as he did not know.

Has anybody got a definite answer rather than an assumption? I have a town meeting tomorrow where I want to present all the options to the citizenry, but I want to do so off accurate information and not assumptions.

Thanks,

Allis
