Thread: Bounty Hunter Mission Terminals

Right now it seems to me to be a waste to drop a bounty hunter mission terminal since all levels of Investigation require a Spynet Operative for one thing or another. I have an idea that might suffice to allow these to be useful.

Politicians can still only drop bounty hunter mission terminals, but also allow bounty hunters themselves be allowed to drop the Spynet Operatives in the city under the following conditions:

1) The bounty hunter must be a member of the city which he will be dropping the Spynet Operative

2) If at any time the bounty hunter leaves the city, the Spynet Operative they dropped will be destroyed.

3) The type of Spynet Operative the bounty hunter can drop would be limited to their current level of Investigation in the following way:

a) Novice BH - cannot drop any Spynet Operative

b) Investigation 1 - Can only drop the novice version of the Spynet Operative

c) Investigation 2 - Can drop the Investigation 1 and Novice Spynet Operative

d) Investigation 3 - Can drop the Investigation 2 and below Spynet Operative

e) Investigation 4 - Can drop the Investigation 3 and below Spynet Operative

f) Master BH - Can drop all types of Spynet Operative

4) The BH can only drop one Spynet Operative at a time

5) If at any point the Bounty Hunter Mission Terminals are all destroyed from the city, all Spynet Operatives are destroyed as well.

Thoughts?

I completely agree. I think that is a great idea. This allows bounty hunters of all kinds to drop a spynet operative (with their respective levels). Very very good idea.

I think it would be much easier for the Mayor to do it - in a city like mine with lots of BHs, you really just want one that can cater for everyone.

Also, I think that this is already on our profession list to be addressed, so it should be fixed soon!

Well sure that's the easy answer, but I think what I'm proposing would be a little more fun in my opinion. Yes, what I am proposing doesn't account for multiple BHs but I would assume that multiple BHs mean multiple Spynet Operatives and just limit the city to 4 regardless.

Perhaps that will be available as soon as we can drop a BioEngineer trainer.

I'm not a BH so I don't know how this work exactly but when my PA told me to drop a SpyNet Op I said I couldn't. Politcians can't drop SpyNet Ops. Then they said, drop the BH trainer.. it acts the same way.

So I did, and they are happy. I am guessing that it works, BH trainers act the same way as SpyNet Op. I am assuming since my PA mates are happy now.

I think if they just linked the NPC spynet ops to the BH terminal, it would be very easy.

Have the spynet ops spawn, say within a 300m radius from the BH terminal, and let them roam around.

The BH will have to locate them, but it bets running out to a big city.
