Hello everyone,

I have a question and was wondering if you know the answer to it. Say I get master politician, and I place all the structures, cantina, lamps, gardens, banks, etc etc. Then I decide I want to get more combat skills, but keep the city also. Is it possible to surrender the skills without having the strucutres dissapear? Also, how long will they stay? One election? And also is this risky in your opinion and is it really allowed? Any ansers will help a lot.
