Thread: A Tie
ok this might have been addressed somewhere else... but I read as much as I could...
what happens if
there are two politicians running for election in a player city
the current
and someone else
on vote counting day
they both have equal votes
does the incumbent mayor win?
I think they have to ro-sham-bo eachother to decide the winner. jk jk, i have no idea.
Good question though, I'd be interested to hear the answer!!
Well... hunt you stumped me... I would say the existing mayor would have to be voted out of office... a tie wouldn't do it... but if two others tie.. both beating the mayor.. I have no clue

that questino has been addressed in Plinka's "Answers Forum"
there can be any number of mayors
all with 1 vote
and if the incument mayor has 2 votes
he or she wins
my question is what if they all only get 1 vote...
Incumbant wins ties.
You had Hunts situation wrong Lebob. Hes asking if Challenger 1 and 2 get 10votes each while Incumbant gets 5 votes, what then? I don't think they planned for this situation.
The DEVs didn't plan for a lot of situations. Like people wanting to play some profession other than CH. Hmm now there's an idea balance.
They are just a bunch of over paid jerks. I hate them all and wish a hex upon thier souls. Too bad I'm paid up for 3 more months...
But seriously you would think paying $15 a month would atleast get a reply once a week from someone who cares.

theoretically say, you have the incumbent and two challengers. The challengers end up in a tie with more votes than the incumbent each. I wonder what would happen.
anyone ever find out what happens here?
