Truce! That's right folks "A Banner Of Truce".

Say you have a Rebel only city thats heavily defended with scanners and turrets and stuff. And you got that one friend who just happens to be an Imp. What to do? Give mayors the ability to offer a Truce to members of the opposite faction. If they are covert and enter your city none of the defences in it will harm them. If they come in Overt or part of an Overt group then it's null and void.

Just a thought.

Can someone give me the lowdown about becoming a faciton city? We have had no luck trying to place turrets... or bases in our town...
