I know there is a way to email everyone who is a resident in your city but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Can anyone please let me know how this is done?

Wow, that was easy!

We have more than one guild in our city - and for the longest time, I made a list by hand, copying names off of the guild/city terminals (and had the other guild leaders do the same for me) - then compiled them all in to Word - used the sorting feature, added semicolons after each name, THEN dropped them BACK into the game email and sent the list to myself....

THEN wheni need to send an email, I just select that email, forward and cut and paste the names into the TO bar...

Yea, that DOES sound like a lot of work... but if the devs gave us some better terminal tools, like sorting the list, and cutting and pasting, this would be easier.

As the the "citizen" in the recipient bar... not EVERYONE in each guild is really a citizen, so that has limitations too.

Which one is it? "Citizen" or "citizens"?

I always use "citizens" and I never have any trouble with it.

if you're not sure or if you've had trouble with the "citizens" emails, send a copy of the email to yourself too
